Pedrini is pleased to maintain that the ambitious goal of a continuous cycle plant for pre-polishing, resining and polishing of marble and granite slabs has been achieved.

After many years of research and applications, Pedrini has already installed and started up two plants in Italy, two in Brazil and is going to start up four more plants in the coming months.

The continuous and uninterrupted slab processing flow includes:

• pre-polishing
• drying with pre-heating process
• resin application
• resin catalysis with microwave oven
• polishing
