Our Resinline treatment plant

Resinline is the solution developed by Pedrini for the restoration and enhancement of marble, granite, quartzite, and other natural stone slabs and strips. Through a process divided into five stages — loading, drying, resin application, curing, and unloading — the plant improves the mechanical and aesthetic properties of the materials, making even stones with natural flaws suitable for commercial use.

Thanks to its fully modular design, Resinline adapts to any production requirement, offering customized configurations based on the type of resin used, the desired level of automation, and the available space. The system is engineered to ensure long-term reliability, with production capacities starting from 10 slabs per hour.

One of its most distinctive technologies is the microwave oven, which, integrated into the production cycle, allows for faster and more efficient curing, reducing processing times and enhancing the final polishing quality. Its use also ensures excellent resin penetration, uniform activation, and optimized energy consumption — all while maintaining high safety standards for operators.

The plant is composed of a series of interconnected modules, each dedicated to a specific stage of the process. Configurations can be customized according to production volume and available space. The integration of automation, controlled handling, and thermal management makes Resinline a comprehensive solution for the structural and visual restoration of marble and granite.

Automatic Butterfly Loader/Unloader

The BUTTERFLY B416 system is designed to handle slabs with maximum precision and speed. Thanks to its overhead rail system, it enables book-matched processing preserving the stone’s natural pattern and facilitating the alignment of veining in subsequent stages.

Drying Oven

The exclusive Pedrini drying tunnel oven features a tunnel shielded with insulating panels and a hot air flow with a direction opposite to the slab’s movement. This ensures gradual and uniform dehydration — a key factor for perfect resin adhesion.

Catalysis Towers

The catalysis towers are modular, multi-level systems designed to ensure complete resin polymerization. Equipped with fast elevators controlled by inverters, the slabs supports are moved vertically in a smooth and efficient way, minimizing downtime and optimizing productivity.

Microwave Oven

MICROWAVE, the microwave oven developed by Pedrini, represents a breakthrough in the industry. It is the first system to introduce this technology into the treatment of natural stones in a safe and fully integrated way. The system enables accelerated resin curing, significantly reducing the overall production cycle time.

Gravity cartesian robot

The Gravity cartesian robot automates the entire resin treatment cycle — from mixing to application. Designed for companies with high production volumes, it minimizes operator intervention, increases process consistency, and reduces product waste.

Reinforcement net dispenser

For the application of the reinforcement net, Pedrini offers manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated solutions adaptable to different production levels. The automatic net applicator with pneumatic clamps is particularly suitable for companies aiming to maximize efficiency and ensure repeatable, high-quality results.

Solutions for special treatments

Compact Resinlines

Perfect for companies with limited production volumes, compact Resinline units offer a complete modular solution within a small space. Comprising a loader/unloader, combined oven, and application area, they deliver the same performance levels as larger systems.

Solvent-based treatments

Ideal for materials with chromatic or structural imperfections, these lines include a high-efficiency vacuum system, automatic dosing unit, and towers with selectable air flow modes (recirculation or evacuation), ensuring a safe and controlled application process.

Resinline for washing

Designed for anti-rust treatments on slabs containing ferrous mineral inclusions, these systems feature automatic acid application, a rotating brush, and a final rinsing stage — guaranteeing an even, residue-free finish.

Resinline for strips
