The line includes:

Resinline with microwave oven, an exclusive Pedrini technology, to optimise the catalysis process and restore the slabs in depth. The line is complete with an automatic net dispenser and the Gravity Cartesian robot for the automatic application of resin.
Polishing line, comprising a Butterfly loader and unloader for book-match processing, a Galaxy slabs polishing machine for marble with 20 heads equipped with Smart Touch, the electronic pressure regulator that differentiates the strength exerted by each head in different areas of the slabs being processed.
Automated slab handling TGV, self-driving vehicles that optimize the transport and handling of the slabs without the need for a driver.

The intervention has enabled the company to fully automate a previously manual process, with significant advantages in terms of time, quality and safety at work.

the installation of two new multiwire machines that allow Bazalto to cut any type of material, even fragile and delicate ones.

A polishing line for marble slabs composed of:

Butterfly B416 loader/unloader, also for book-match processing;
Galaxy B220MX slabs polishing machine with 10 heads;
UV oven for mastics;
Galaxy B220MX slabs polishing machine with 18 heads;
Waxing machine and anti-scratch unit.

A GALAXY B220GX-20 polishing line for granite and quartzite/esotics, featuring:

Butterfly B416 loader/unloader, also for book-match processing;
20-head B220GX slabs polishing machine, with the possibility of applying marble plates to the granite heads.
