M747 is a multi-disc cross cutting machine with automatic cycle for cutting marble or granite strips with a maximum length of 2000 mm or 3500 mm and for mass production of elements with defined length.
M747 ensures perfect orthogonality of cross cuts made with diamond discs.
The working cycle of the entire M747 range includes the following operating steps:
The strip enters and stops in the cutting position
The squaring unit aligns the longitudinal sides of the strip perfectly orthogonal to the cuts
The head-holding beam moves forward and the discs make the programmed cuts
The heads rise and simultaneously the conveyor belt unloads the cut elements as the beam returns to the starting position
All models of the M747 cross cutting machines can be supplied with different head-moving systems and automatisms chosen according to the machine's working and usage requirements. In all cases, the machine works with a fully automatic working cycle that does not require operator intervention.
